Last Saturday (May 17, 2014), I didn’t let the dreary task of taking a few more pictures of the Western Gateway Bridge sidewalks for my Guardrail Petition keep me from noticing how mid-afternoon sunlight can make almost anything (even a pile of mulch) look pretty. In the slideshow below are photos I took on my stroll from the Bridge to North Church across Union, to Front St., and then down Governor’s Lane to Riverside Park, before turning up Washington Avenue to get home.
